More Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the photographs.

Additionally featured in this new image release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying distinct parts of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.

Additional documentation released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
